The Guardian Group: Purpose, Principles and Terms of Reference (October 2025)

The October 2025 Guardian Group Terms of Reference sets out the purpose, principles, composition and working practices of the GRLI Guardian Group. It describes the Group's role in upholding GRLI's values and guiding principles on behalf of the Council of Partners, supporting transparent governance, stewarding GRLI's core inquiry, strengthening partner engagement, and identifying emerging impact initiatives.
