The Virtual Peer Learning initiative emerged from the 2013/14 Innovation Cohort – a peer-based laboratory where management educators, leadership developers and organizational leaders may innovate and transform their own organizations and offerings as well as the management education ecosystem.
A cross-institutional group prototype a new form of web-based collaborative learning. A small group representing business, business schools and other learning institutions, change consultancies and business practitioners tested the prototype. The presentation and paper attached explains the concept of peer Learning Groups in this context, how it works and what has been learned so far about the value of engaging in a Virtual Peer-Learning prototype.
We hope that this will serve as a means to attract interest from the wider community of the GRLI network of business schools and business, with the ultimate objective of it becoming a viable tool for new ways of connecting and learning across educational and business boundaries.
