The GRID – Global Responsibility Diagnostic

The GRID diagnostic was developed by GRLI partners to translate the abstract concepts of global responsibility into actionable insight—supporting individuals and organisations to assess where they are and what needs to change. The framework invites reflection across the domains of "I" (self), "We" (organisation), and "All of Us" (society), providing a structured starting point for dialogue and development. GRLI's role has been to incubate and advance the tool by connecting it to leadership development programmes, organisational strategy work, and partner learning journeys—helping move beyond rhetoric toward behavioural and structural change.
