COMMIT

COMMIT—developed jointly with oikos International—focused on empowering the "next generation" to become co-creators of their learning journey rather than passive consumers of management education. Through workshops and dialogues, the initiative convened students and faculty to explore how curricula could be redesigned for global responsibility, and how learning methods could better reflect the realities of societal and ecological challenges. GRLI's catalytic role was to provide the partnership platform and convening capability that enabled students' voices to carry into institutional conversations—modeling intergenerational collaboration between current and future leaders.
