AIM2Flourish is a student-led initiative that uses Appreciative Inquiry to discover and celebrate business innovations that address societal and environmental challenges. Incubated within the GRLI ecosystem, it operationalises a "business as a force for good" narrative by having students interview leaders about their positive impact—and then publishing those stories as a searchable repository of cases. GRLI's catalytic role has been to support visibility, legitimacy, and network connections—helping educators adopt the method and bringing the initiative into broader conversations about experiential learning and positive impact.
