2016 GRLI AGM Report

The GRLI Core Team compiled this comprehensive report documenting the 2016 Annual General Meeting (AGM) held in October at Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, Ireland. The event brought together GRLI Partners, Associates, PRME Champions, and invited guests to explore the theme "Common Good, Common Ground," examining how concepts of place, belonging, and responsibility shape globally responsible leadership.

The report captures the week's activities, including Council meetings, learning journeys, and initiative workshops, while detailing progress on multiple responsible management education projects such as COMMIT, AIM2Flourish, CARL, and the Journal for Global Responsibility. It documents the strategic partnership memorandum between GRLI, AACSB International, EFMD, and the UN Global Compact to establish a collaborative laboratory for responsible management education.

Beyond logistical details, the report reflects GRLI's collaborative inquiry approach and its commitment to developing next-generation globally responsible leaders. It traces the organization's evolution through an interactive timeline and emphasizes the interconnection between individual responsibility and collective action across three levels: Me, We, and All of Us. This document serves as both an operational record and a substantive reflection on advancing responsible leadership in business education globally.
