You have the right to access, change or delete your personal information at any time.
If you have any questions concerning privacy at GRLI Foundation you can contact the Privacy Manager by e-mail: privacy@grli.org

How does GRLI Foundation use your information?
Any information GRLI Foundation collects from its users may be used in one of the following ways to:
- personalise and improve your online experience;
- improve customer service;
- process transactions;
- provide information on GRLI Foundation activities, events & accreditation;
- send periodic communications, by post or e-mail;

Your personal data, including e-mail addresses, is never sold, exchanged, transferred, and/or provided to any other company/organisation.
When you register for an event, your information, limited to full name, title, school/institution, email address, profile picture and phone number, may be distributed to other attendees and any sponsor(s) of the event registered for, but ONLY if you consent via a checkbox present on every event registration form. How long we keep information
We generally discard information about you when it’s no longer needed for the purposes for which we collect and use it — described in the section above on How does GRLI Foundation use your information — and we’re not legally required to keep it.
For example, we keep web server logs that record information about a visitor to one of our websites, like the visitor’s IP address, browser type, and operating system, for approximately 90 days. We retain the logs for this period of time in order to, among other things, analyse traffic to our websites and investigate issues if something goes wrong on one of our websites.
How does GRLI Foundation protect your information?
GRLI Foundation places a great deal of care and attention in making sure that your data is secure and protected and we have a variety of security measures in place to maintain the safety of your personal information to minimise the risk of unauthorised access or disclosure.
If we transfer or receive your data on our websites, we always use the coding technologies recognised as accepted standards within the IT sector.
We do NOT store any payment information (like credit card or bank details) on our websites.
All our websites are protected via SSL certificates, and thus can only be accessed via HTTPS.
Regular backups of the websites are stored off-line and are encrypted with industry-standard AES encryption.
Relationships with third parties
We do not have any partnerships or special relationships with advertising bodies.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties personally identifiable information.
Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.
