Growing well in terms of leading operational activity, innovation and delivering sustainable financial performance; and doing good in terms of purpose and responsible relational leadership that engages stakeholders: employees, customers, suppliers, communities and shareholders.
Both doing good and growing well are necessary… one without the other is simply not sufficient.
All of our programmes and short courses seek to achieve this balance. We echo the sentiments of Kofi Annan through the Globally Responsible Leadership: A Call for Engagement initiative.
