The Eth Word is a digital media initiative designed to rethink the role of business by sharing "un-business-like" conversations about values, purpose, and the human side of leadership. Supported by GRLI, it brought a whole-person narrative into wider view by showcasing leaders who bring authenticity, vulnerability, and ethical reflection into their work—challenging heroic leadership myths and narrow success stories. GRLI's catalytic role has been to platform and connect the initiative to educators and leaders seeking practical ways to bring values and lived experience into leadership learning.
